Luis and Jackie have always believed that everyone has the seeds of greatness, but not everyone has the right information, examples or scenario in which they can win. They believe it is their responsibility to clarify those truths and provide paths for those who seek them.

Jackie says: “Real change starts when we can encourage people to think outside the box. Society is full of misinformation about what it is like to be happy and create a prosperous life. Our goal is to spread the truth. When people can develop a mindset that serves intelligent decision making, self-awareness, and the humility to learn from others, they truly have a chance at success.
Hard work is an absolutely important element, but so is smart work. “That’s what I think we’ve discovered for ourselves and shared with the best we’ve ever led.”
Leadership development explains most of Luis and Jackie’s efforts today. They believe that their investment in a few will be the intentional difference that will build a legacy that outlives them.
